How we work
Every project runs through a proven four-stage pipeline. You get a dedicated producer, weekly playable builds, and full source ownership at handover — no lock-in, no surprises.
We pin down the core loop, target platforms and budget in a two-week paid discovery sprint. You leave with a game design document, art direction boards and a fixed-scope quote.
Within 6–10 weeks we deliver a polished, playable slice — one level, real combat, real feel. It is the piece you take to publishers, investors or your own greenlight meeting.
Art, code, audio and QA run in two-week sprints with playable builds every Friday. You review progress live on our Camden playtest floor or over a shared build link.
We handle store submission, day-one patches and post-launch content. Optional live-ops retainers cover events, balance passes and analytics for as long as your players keep coming back.
